Quality and EHS System Supervisor 体系及安全主管

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Support mid-term and short-term planning processes;
- Support Budget planning, analysis, review and ongoing controlling;

- Establish and manage the Quality and EHS system team: People Leadership (Target setting and controlling, Performance and Competency Appraisal, People Development, etc.);

- Execute functional strategies, Develop strategies for implementation of corporate safety and security policy and procedures;
- Responsible for the execution of QEHS system and procedures, Coordinate with Group QEHS team in Europe to implement Group's policy and procedures at Merak Shanghai;
- Establish, maintain and improve BPM system to make sure the business system in line with customer, Merak & Knorr-Bremse, ISO 9000, IRIS, ISO14001,OHSAS18001 requirements in order to assure the company's business excellence;
- Responsible for internal and external QEHS system audit, and QEHS document system maintenance in Group website;
- Responsible for the daily management of personnel safety, facility safety, factory security, fire fighting and PPE etc;
- Provide quality & EHS relevant training to other functions, make sure the QEHS awareness is well spread in the company;
- Drive local processes in support with the Group's guidelines (refer to Appendix 1 for details)
- To work with Cross-functional to make corrective and preventive action for Non-conformities and follow it up;
- Assists SQE team to verify quality systems of suppliers and to improve supplier performance where necessary;
- Other tasks assigned by management.

Skills & Requirements:
- Above 5-year working experience in manufacturing industry is preferred;

- Working knowledge of QEHS management system; Practical experience in railway or automobile industry is preferable;

- Strong project management skills;
- Sufficient leadership skills with ability to implement QEHS system;
- Mature, objective judgment to develop solutions for specific problems;
- Good written and oral communication skills in English;
- Highly skilled in use of personal computer (MS-Office, Project, Outlook);
- Dynamic, self starter with initiative (Ability to function with minimum direction);
- Willing to learn new skills and willing to teach others;
- Well organized; good time management skill
- With strong responsibility and positive working attitude, hard working and problem solver;
- Demonstrable personal attributes to effectively communicate and influence all levels of employees.
