岗位职责:

This position is responsible for providing overall Sales Leadership and Development for PDU to ensure revenue growth targeted towards existing and new clients in the Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sales channels, by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates:

Sales Management:
? Develop and implement effective sales strategies, structures, budgets, solutions, campaigns and specific goals to increase patient volumes and meet B2C revenue targets for PDU.
? Provide training, support and leadership to all sales team members in the Individual Solutions team to ensure each team member meets and exceeds B2C Revenue Targets are met.
? Ensures all opportunities are recorded in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) at all times.
? Provide management with monthly, quarterly and annual sales performance and forecasts. Report on the effectiveness of sales and lead generation campaigns using pre-determined KPIs.
? Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
? Perform research and identify new potential customers, channels and new market opportunities.
? Work closely with the Marketing Department to drive lead generation, new product development and marketing campaigns.

Internal & External Relationships:
? Work closely with the marketing, sales & supporting teams and third-party vendors to launch events on time and on budget.
? Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel across the UFH network.

General
? Other duties and special projects as directed by management.
