The Global Recruiting Team at eBay Inc. is a fast-paced, highly motivated team of professionals focused on bringing in the highest level of talent to help drive the business forward while delivering the best candidate experience. This role is a key member of the team, responsible for all aspects of coordination and administration activity for the end-to-end hiring process at eBay Inc.

Core Duties

1. Support the end-to-end recruiting activities of assigned requisitions; ensure an efficient and effective hiring experience for internal clients and external candidates (50% of time).

- Coordinate all elements of candidate interview logistics including sending meeting invites, booking rooms, organizing Video Conferencing, Skype, dial in details, candidate travel and expenses.

- Track, update and maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) on a daily basis.

- Manage the job postings process internally and externally as applicable in a timely and accurate manner.

- Trouble shooting and highlighting day-to-day issues as identified to your direct manager.

2. Support various Recruitment programs/projects in the APAC region (50% of time)

-  Responsible for Intern program execution with strong capability to track details, make offer to intern candidate and complete approval process in Workday system

-  Sourcing and build up candidates' pool for critical position.

-  Provide data management assistance – ensure data integrity and effective management reporting

Requirements:

- University degree holder in Human Resources, psychology or business-related majors;

- Fluency in written and verbal English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;

- Customer-focused mindset and high level of commitment;

- Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills with attention to detail;

- Flexible and adaptable to change, able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Preferably with 2 year's relevant experience in HR field, recent graduates with proactive learning attitude are also welcomed
