主要任务和职责

*新（转移）设备、工艺装备的安装、调试和维修工作；

*操作工上岗前对设备、工艺装备的使用、日常维护的培训；

*及时排除设备及工艺装备发生的故障，做好维修记录；

*对现场设备及工艺装备定时巡检，做好巡检记录；

*认真做好相关数据的收集（巡检记录、维修记录、预防性维护记录等）。

资格和要求

教育背景：中专以上学历，中专以上学历，机床电气或机电工程相关专业。

工作经验：5年以大型设备维修经验，有焊接、冲压、设备维修经验优先。

专业知识与技能：具备良好的自动控制知识；电工专业知识；自动化仪表知识。持有国家承认的高、低压证。
