Job Description:

1. Check and book invoice in SAP;
2. Review payment application and arrange to pay on time;
3. 3rd party AP reconciliation;
4. Inter-company AP reconciliation;
5. Communicate with the related department at any time and collect declaration from custom for foreign currency payment;
6. Prepare non-trade payment documents and apply to Tax Bureau;
7. Be responsible for invoice issued, offset, checked, approved and declared;
8. Keep good communication with tax bureau and deal with kinds of tax issues, including assistant of annual tax inspection, stamp tax payment etc.;
9. Dealing with related annual audit issues.

Requirement:

1. University Degree in Accounting or Finance or above;
2. Above 3 years of experience in accounting or Finance;
3. Good communication skill;
4. Able to work under pressure and work independently;
5. Good command of English;
6. Conversant with PC operation, especially Excel, SAP systems.
