Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare all relevant regulatory reporting for Investment and Insurance products and ensure timely and accurately delivery
• Support supervisor to conduct various regulatory self-assessment and inspection
• Support supervisor to cultivate a strict compliance mindset in the internal control, process and procedures to ensure the full compliance of internal and external requirements and standards
• Review CCTV records for FNA suspicious cases
• Assist supervisor for the timely and efficient production of all the regulatory report of Investment and Insurance products.
• Incorporate strategic and policy development aspects of all areas of BMS activities through a strict compliance mindset to regulatory and DBS regulations/standards
• Streamline operational framework on CIIP product related policies between front and back office operations.
• Accountable for policy recommendations, implementation and tracking of the implementation quality.
• Participate in sales process revamp initiatives and ensure deliverable’s strict compliance to regulation
• Drive for implementation of FNA and regulatory report related projects

Job Requirements:

• Work closely in BMS team to support CBG business within an appropriately controlled regulatory and compliance environment
• Prepare regulatory report for Investment and Insurance products
• Implement self-assessment program for early detection of non-compliance cases and implement appropriate corrective measures to prevent any deterioration of standards
• Support supervisor to roll out training to Front Office and Back Office on new and revised process and procedural changes to ensure effective rollout
• Develop and deliver assigned projects and new policy implementation
• Experiences in project management, preferably with retail banking sales or investment product management experience would be Plus.
• Education: Bachelor or above.
• Project management skill
• Good communication and problem solving skill
• Experience in regulatory reporting is preferred
• Knowledge in Investment and Insurance product is a plus
• Relevant banking, compliance, control and regulatory knowledge
• Fluent in both English and Chinese writing and speaking
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc
• Good communication and problem solving skill
• Report to supervisor of BMS, CBBO&ORM
• Liaison of Legal, Compliance, Finance, Audit, RMG and other relevant department to support different CBG business
