工作职责:

Tax Compliance & Reporting: Responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual VAT & CIT tax filling and statistical reporting

1、Business Support: Track legislation changes and provide meaningful updates to management, as well as timely analysis and advice with respect to tax legislative or regulatory changes that might impact the business;

2、Tax Policies & Tax Planning: Perform technical tax analysis, provide tax advice and planning for all China taxes

3、Maintain good relationship with regulators, including but not limited to Tax Bureau, Statistic Bureau and SAFE, in a professional manner

4、Act as internal tax advisor to other stakeholders and departments including business partners, legal, finance, and accounting and provide practical tax solutions;

任职资格:

1、Knowledge of PRC GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP;

2、At least 8 years of China tax work experience in MNC with 4-5 years’experience at a Manger level

3、Excellent communication (verbal and writing) skills in English and Mandarin;

4、Hard working, quick learner with a positive

5、Bachelor degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Tax.
