Job Purpose:

• With the rapid business development and expansion we are looking for a specialist who can assist operation Manager with implement & accelerate growth of Membership Business;

        

    

Job Objectives and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting on Membership promotion and campaign;
• Assisting operation manager to roll-out Membership promotion and campaign;
• Support new function testing;
• Provide on hand training to roll out stores;
• Close monitor daily performance, provide proper solution and support to related business / functions.
• Prepare summarized issue analysis and presentation for manager.
• Responsible for store communication & implementation & optimization:
• Work with stores for loyalty registration & promotion & campaigns implementation;
• Based on best practice in store optimize the process & communication & functions;
• Coordinate with cross functions closely.
• Support New Stores Opening;
• Update related training materials;
• Coordinate with cross functions with related system and account setting up.
• Provide on-site training.
• Support customer care team build-up;
• Support all kinds of other activities if needed.

                                                                    

    

Job Experience, Competencies & Qualifications:

• 2~3 years’ experience in Marketing / Operation / Retail industry;
• University degree, fluent in English;
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel and PPT;
• Team work player, willing to work under pressure;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong ownership and self-motivated;
• Travelling is needed.
