工作职责:

1. To support subsidiary company HR team on HR daily operation and project management

2. Provide system support to HR team in terms of enrollment, transfer, promotion, resignation.

3. Assist HRM to arrange interview. Contact candidates. Prepare internal and external recruitment information.

4. Prepare and send out announcements. Prepare, submit and follow-up on expense claims.

5. Support on data consolidation based on project needs. Coordinate reports on time

6. Assist HRM specialist to prepare Labor Contract and on boarding profiles for HR team.

7. Filing and documents translation. Secretarial support to HR team.

8. Organize activities/team meetings.

9. Collect and manage Intern information.

任职资格:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

- Bachelor degree. Majoring in HR is preferred

- Literacy in oral and written English

Core competencies:

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Good communication skills

- Able to plan and execute effectively

- Team spirit

- Excellent MS Office skills, especially on Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.
