Purpose/ Mission:
The purpose of this job is to operate and support the implementation of the IS strategy, the strategic initiatives
and must-win battles that will drive IS Operations. Specifically, to deliver IS Support to Firmenich employees, while supporting and maintaining the SAP and IS Application environment in the Firmenich Asia Pacific affiliates.

Main Tasks:
1. Member of the Support & Sustain Team in Firmenich China., including :
2. Responsibility include :
· Pre-project analysis and design, change request analysis and prioritization
· Project lifecycle activities (when assigned to projects), and post-implementation (2nd level) support for SAP and related systems.
3 Be part of the regional S&S team responsible for supporting Asia Pacific SAP implementation and operation
4. Understand, at local/regional level, the processes, activities and needs for the business area(s) with respect to the global framework.
5. Deliver the 1st and 2nd level SAP Production Planning , Production Execution and APO functional support for the Asia Pacific region
6. Work with both internal and external service providers where required to implement change updates.
7. Manage service impacting incidents while maintaining a strong focus on Customer Service.
8. Provide Support to Finance Super users especially during PEC

Education Level:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of project management, systems development, documentation and testing
- In the domain of SAP, strong working knowledge in the following functional areas: Production Planning, Production Execution and APO (essential), FICO (beneficial)

Previous Professional Experiences:
- Project management experience in full lifecycle implementations of SAP, especially in international multi-site environments.
- Post ERP - SAP implementation experience in transitioning, building and running multi-functional, multi-site support organization.
- Ability to clearly and responsively communicate, challenge and force conclusions.
- Ability to manage through influence (indirect) and by applying agreed processes (direct).
- Ability to handle multiple deliverables concurrently to deliver high quality results in committed timeframes
- Possess strong judgment and communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Strong discipline, imagination and diplomacy skills.
- Strong proficiency in both written and conversation
