岗位职责：

1. 根据业务部门和上级要求，进行招聘工作，包括但不限于维护招聘渠道，发布招聘需求，简历搜索、筛选，安排面试等；

2. 负责深圳办公室员工的入离职相关手续（安排入职体检、签订劳动合同、与中智对接等）；

3. 深圳办公室人员的出差、休假管理；

4. 深圳办公室的费用处理（报销、ERP系统录入、汇总等）；

5. 深圳办公室人员费用报销单的收集、预审核；

6. 协助业务部门开具形式发票（Invoice for Export）；

7. 负责在深圳当地开具增值税发票，月度上报汇总，缴税;

8. 协调分公司与税务局、外管局、银行等政府部门的相关事宜

9. 负责深圳分公司的行政事务以及上司交代的其他事务

职位要求：

1. 本科以上，英语良好，至少CET-4以上（至少读写流利）；

2. 有3年以上人事总务相关经验，有招聘经验者优先；

3. 愿意学习新事物（例如：基础财务），协助处理一部分财务工作；

4. 具有良好的沟通、协调、融合能力，有独立处理事务的能力，能及时处理突发事件；

5. 对工作认真负责，富有责任心，诚实稳定
