岗位职责

Responsibility:

• Manage inventory master data, inventory movement and analyze MO variance.

管理存货主数据（非技术层面），管理存货流转流程和分析生产订单差异；

• Maintain STD cost in ERP, manage cost process of TJ plant, analyze variance between  actual and STD cost;

       维护标准成本，管理天津工厂成本核算流程，分析标准成本差异；

• Manage stock take twice a year, register variance and optimize inventory management process;

       负责安排年度存货盘点，每年两次，分析差异并优化存货管理流程；

• Manage inventory aging, coordinate with SC planning manager & Factory WHS to reduce inventory loss;

       管理存货库龄，和供应链计划经理和工厂仓库协调合作，减少存货损失；

• Monthly close cost& production module and prepare monthly financial reporting and related analysis，analyze SG&A actual Vs.AOP;

      负责成本管理和生产模块成本结算，准备月度财务报告和相关分析报告,分析三费实际与预算差异；

• Prepare sales statistic report, coordinate with sales people for overdue AR;

      准备销售统计数据，协助销售人员催收超期应收账款；

• Prepare monthly Financial Report and related analysis report;

      编制月度财务报告和相关分析报告；

• Assist with budget process, especially focus on CoGS, assist Finance Controller in making annual/semi-annual budget preparation work，analyze deviation of actual Vs. budget.

  协助编制预算流程，特别负责成本测算，协助Finance Controller做好年度/半年度预算编制工作，分析实际与预算差异；

• Approve SO.

  审批销售订单；

任职资格

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or finance, CPA/CMA preferred;

全日制大学本科，会计及财务相关专业，CPA/CMA优先；
- 5 years above of Cost control, finance analysis & reporting experience;

5年以上成本控制，财务分析/报告经验；
- Fully understanding of inventory management and STD cost, familiar with month closing process and how it relates to other closing activities;

全面理解存货管理及标准成本运作，熟悉结账流程以及各模块运作的勾稽关系；
- Solid business sense and financial data analyze capabilities;

有较强的商业意识和财务数据分析能力；
- Good skill in excel, Yongyou U8-12.5;

熟练使用Excel和用友；

- Fluent in English both in reading and writing;
