工作概述: 在QA主管领导下,贯彻落实安全高质及时生产的各项品管工作。确保产品满足客户品质要求，符合销售国标准。确保及时出货。

职责:

• 协调各项验厂安排并做好验厂后工厂整改的跟进。为制造商提供指导、答疑和培训，确保他们熟悉品管各方面要求。
• 参与制定每周验货计划，协调验货工作安排，进行指定订单产品中期和尾期验货，并指导及落实解决方案。
• 向生产商的生产和品管提供预防的措施、验货程序和检验标准，以提高其生产效率，减少次品返工的发生。
• 配合供应商处理品质相关的问题，评估潜在品管风险，防止风险发生。
• 配合产品开发人员提供最新相关要求信息，发现问题，解决问题。
