PRIMARY PURPOSE:  职位目标

 

• Mainly responsible for AR collections of concerned accounts to achieve collection target & DSO goal. Work closely with sales/CSC to ensure the timely collection of AR from customers. Monitor/manage customers to pay back within payment term by carrying through the credit control policy and procedures.

   

• Ensure the sales related financial data (Discount, Rebate, bad debt provision etc.) being calculated and provide to Accounting team in a timely and accurate manner.

   

  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  主要职责

   

• Control the credit limit and credit term according to credit policy and procedure. Responsible for the collection of accounts receivable and management of orders release for assigned accounts;

   

• Maintenance the timely and accuracy of account statements and make sure the reconciliation of AR with customer through monthly statement;

   

• To review customer payment performance and take appropriate action. Coordinate with responsible RSM to collect the outstanding payment;

   

• Maintain a good relationship with customers so as to enlarge cooperation opportunity under a risk-controllable condition (may include travel);

   

• Communicate with sales to get a common opinion on business expansion and risk management;

   

• Doing AR related report & assistance to CFS manager for AR issues;

  

QUALIFICATIONS: 职位要求

 

Education & Work Experience:

• Total 3-4 years working experience and 1-2 years relate to credit and collection ;

• Bachelor degree, preferable majored in finance or accounting.

   

  Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill;

• Open personality and good anti-pressure ability;

• Good English written, Excel and PPT skill;

• Knowledge of general accounting principles and accounting systems;
