职位描述
工作职责：
1. 负责仓库人员日常工作安排与考核；
Leads the warehouse team;
2. 监督货物的进程，有正确的文件和授权，符合公司的流程及规定；
Drive the alignment of standard operating procedures and follow up on execution;
3. 安排定期盘点，确保账实相符；
Supervises the finish goods inventory level, prevent damage, stock disappearance; maintain physical & data
inventory accuracy;4. 监督仓库的分拣、包装工作，确保准确、合理、高效，符合运输安全要求；
Supervise finish goods packing, labeling, ensure of the efficiency and quality;
5. 负责仓库内货物及工作环境的安全，排除隐患；
Ensures that the required level of safety, responsible for EHS target in warehouse team;
6. 负责培训和指导仓库人员关于工作流程、技能、安全意识；
Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse keeper in alignment of operation process, skills, safety discipline;
7. 负责定期制作提交有关仓库日常管理的报告；
Be responsible for the warehouse operation reports;
8. 负责设定及维护有效的仓库文档管理；
Responsible for complete warehouse document profile;
9. 负责物流中心与公司各其他部门之间协调，提高客户服务满意度；
Coordinates with internal departments to consistently improve the overall company performance service levels;
10. 物流区域的5S管理，包括整个仓库的目视化的规划及管理；
Responsible to reach the 5S target of the warehouse area, including visual management of the warehouse;
工作要求：
1. 大专/大学 学历， 物流，工程方向相关专业；
2. 相关工作经验至少5年， 其中至少3年主管经验；
3. 熟悉SAP或其它相关ERP/WMS操作系统；
4. 仓库设备维护保养相关知识及经验；
5. 汽铲车/堆高车操作技能；
6. MS office 软件操作能力， 简单绘图工具的使用能力；
