职位描述:

岗位职责：
1、负责对区域人员妆容、形象礼仪、产品知识、销售技巧、销售道具使用、柜台形象、产品陈列、市场政策等培训及推广工作。
2、负责各类BA培训会、发布会、会员沙龙会、招商会等策划、组织、主持及其主讲工作。
3、负责终端美容顾问的日常工作指导及相关培训。

4， 进行培训人员的考核、评估，根据评估效果对培训内容进行调整；
5、策划和组织协调所辖区域各项推广活动。
任职要求：
1、相貌端正，三年以上化妆品行业培训工作经验，二年以上产品知识培训经验；
2、具有皮肤护理、美容、基础医学等专业知识优先；
3、优秀的个人形象和素养，普通话标准、流利，英语读写流利者优先；
4、能够适应经常出差，和承受一定的工作压力；
5、熟练应用各种办公软件，独立编写课件。

Job Description:

A. Main Responsibility
Execute and implement training program precisely and efficiently
B. Responsibilities
-Provide the professional training to meet the business needs
-Deliver the training program independently and tracking the result.
-Assist National Training Mgr to develop training program and edit the training material.
-Consistently provide the BA coach, include on-counter coaching, telephone coaching and group coaching.
-Provide the support on marketing activities on each new door level, (Beauty Class, Promotion activities.)
-Involve the BA management process, eg. new door BA recruitment, new door BA service monitor and new door BA exit interview.
-Closely work with sales department and collect the training needs for the new door.

D. Ability
