岗位职责：

• Responsible for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV according to project requirements: requirement analysis, business process optimization, scheme design, system testing and online
• Gather end user’s demand and requirements and propose solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Develop customization for Microsoft Dynamics Navision as required (i.e. forms / screens, code units, etc)
• Understanding business process, and provide business process improvement opportunity as result of team work
• Work directly with other Navision developers to ensure Dynamics Navision and related systems meet company needs

任职要求：

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or a related discipline
• Have Dynamics Navision Systems C/SIDE and C/AL Development experience
• Solid project management experience with Dynamics Navision customization, implementations, upgrades and integration projects
• Ability to analyze complex systems, and troubleshoot and isolate system issues
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks
• Ability to work independently as well as work in a team environment
• Experience with international multi-language, multi-currency implementations
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, fluent English speaking
