Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide first-level Salesforce support and problem solving for end users and sales managers across China/South east Asia.

2. Conduct Salesforce training and guidance to end users.

3. Gather requirements from internal users and managers, and submit request to global admin team.

4. Work with global admin team to manage and prioritize change requests in China/South east Asia.

5. Join weekly Salesforce core team meeting, which include other SBU lead and admin team, to clarify requests or discuss new release.

6. Monitor and drive Salesforce adoption and data quality in China/South east Asia, also identify good opportunities to improve user experience and Salesforce usage.

7. Build reports or dashboards as needed.

1. Review performance & pipeline volumes of multiple levels.

1. Establish strong relationship with sales, operation and management teams and enhance internal communications in regards.

1. Help sales support manager to track weekly sales revenue and prepare data for sales review and analysis.

Qualifications:

1. At least 2 years Salesforce experience as a key user or super user.
2. Experience in Salesforce Lightning is a plus.
3. The ability of analysis data and transfer into action plan
4. Smart ,motivated individual with a strong sense of initiative
5. Outgoing personality, able to multitask and solve problems
6. Proficient in oral and written English.
7. Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus, not essential
