职位描述

Main Responsibilities:

Consumer and market research competence

?Propose, lead and coordinate various researches generated from both local and regional marketing team.

?Analyse and integrate research results into actionable insights to deliver business objectives and support growth strategy.

?Communicate analysis to each stakeholder in order to influence them to take action and align recommendations.

?Closely work with global CMI team on global lead project to make sure our local perspective can be fully embedded.

Business analysis and planning

?Actively participate annual PMP and ABP business planning, ensure data and consumer insights feed into business plan.

?Monthly business progress tracking, and keep on develop and fine-tune clear and concise tracking report.

?Work with business division to understand the reason behind and propose actions to improve and grow.

NPD expertise

?Be active part of developing NPD strategy and make sure it’s centralized in consumer needs.

?Design and implement consumer exploration and validation process aiming to develop winning NPDs, using both traditional solutions and new tool of TMIC.

Winning in EC

?Drive Tmall Strategy Center practice, with the end objective of both building brand and growing EC sales.

?Keep close cooperation with TMIC team, ensuring we gain enough resource from them to help us exploring the market and category trend using their big data.


Qualifications:

?Bachelor Degree or above;

?Fluent English communication skills

?Total 5+ years of research experience in multinational companies, of which 2 years’ experience in CMI team of FMCG companies is preferred.

?Solid knowledge of market research methodologies both in quantitative and qualitative, and be able to provide business insights through research data.

?Be familiar with researches of NPD related and TMIC.

?Think strategically, working independent with down to earth attitude.

?Strong communication skill and land insights and messages in a compelling way.

?Be familiar with traditional market research methodologies as well as be curious on learning the new techniques.


Main KPIs: OT Growth and Market share,No. of winning NPD, green results in consumer test,A good case of using Strategy Center

Internal: BRAND MARKETING TEAM, EC MARKETING TEAM

External: TRADE MARKETING TEAM, EC SALES TEAM, APAC REGIONAL MARKETING TEAM,GBU TEAM
