职位概要

Summary

作为新产品开发项目的技术主导工程师，负责管理一个或几个项目的技术工作，完成新产品导入的工艺规划和制定，设备推荐和选型，新工艺的开发，新产品的试制等，并编制产品的APQP文件，包括流程图，PFMEA，作业指导书等。

 

职责

Responsibilities

1. 接到客户图纸后进行图纸与技术规范的审核，并通过技术交流，与客户在图纸和技术规范方面达成一致。

After receiving customer’s drawing, review product drawings and technical standards, and through technical communication reach an agreement with customers on drawings and technical standards.

1. 在新产品报价阶段配合报价工程师完成工艺方案设计，加工成本计算和设备投资规划及项目可行性分析。

At the stage of new product quotation cooperate with quotation engineer to design process scheme, calculate manufacturing cost, make equipment investment plan and analyze project feasibility.

1. 设计新产品导入时的制造工艺。

   Design manufacturing processes when a new product is introduced.

2. 提供夹具设计工艺技术要求给供应商进行夹具设计，并审核供应商的夹具方案。列出刀具清单，刀具选型。如果需要，按照潜在供应商评估和批准程序开发刀具和夹具供应商。

   Provide fixture supplier with process technical requirement for fixture design and review the fixture design proposal and make tools type and tools list. According to potential supplier evaluation and approval procedure, develop tool and fixture supplier when required.

3. 负责跟踪新产品的试制，根据IATF16949的要求生产出一定批量的合格样品至PPAP完成。

   Be responsible for follow up new product’s trial run, and according to IATF16949 produce a batch of qualified samples until completion of PPAP.

4. 编写、修改和维护流程图、FMEA和控制计划等文件。

   Make, revise and maintain flow chart, FMEA and control plan, etc.

5. 同质量工程师合作完成OTS和PPAP样件提交报告，审核提交样件。

   Cooperate with quality engineer to make OTS and PPAP sample report and audit samples.

6. 编写作业指导书。

   Make work instructions.

7. 按照公司新产品开发流程完成整个项目直至顺利量产。

   According to the company’s new product development process, complete the whole project till smooth mass production.

8. 参与现生产产品的过程改进，提高产品质量和生产效率，降低生产成本。

   Participate in existing production process improvement to improve products quality, production efficiency, and decrease production cost.

9. 新工艺研究开发，提升新产品的开发交付能力。

   New process development to enhance our capability to serve our new product requirements.

    

   任职资格Post qualification

   1. 学历 Education Background

   本科以上学历  Bachelor degree or above

   2. 专业 Major

   机械工程、金属加工 Mechanical engineering/Metal processing

   3. 专业知识和特殊技能要求  knowledge and skills

   具备机械制造与加工工艺的专业知识；有较好的几何尺寸与形位公差方面的知识；有丰富的数控加工工作经验。

   Have professional knowledge of mechanical manufacturing and machining processes, and have good knowledge of geometry parameter and GD&T. Have working experience in CNC machining.

   4. 能够熟练使用至少以下一种软件：CATIA, UG, Solid Works and/or Master CAM。

   Be proficient in working with at least one software CATIA, UG, Solid Works and/or Master CAM.

   专注于目标达成，以客户为导向。                                          

   Target focus and customer oriented

   熟悉ISO9001和IATF16949质量体系。

   Be familiar with QS9000 and IATF16949.

   5. 经验 Experience

   至少6年以上工艺工程师工作经验，2年以上汽车行业经验。

   Over 6 years’ experience as process engineer, at least 2 years in automobile.

   6. 语言 Language

   大学英语4级以上，良好的英语口语及书面表达能力。

   CET4 and above, good oral and written English.

   7.  个人素质  Personality

   有强烈的责任心；具备优秀的团队合作精神；能在压力下工作；工作态度积极、高效；有创造性思维，能够解决复杂问题。

   Have a strong sense of responsibilities; excellent team player; be able to work under pressure; proactive working attitude with high efficiency, be able to solve complicated problems.
