职位描述
HR functions
Handle the full function of HR related issues
In charge of the recruitment process and ensure to hire the right people
Create, organize and maintain all personnel related files in an orderly and systematic manner
Evaluate and analyze market data to understand the company’s pay positioning in market
Handle and solve disputes and terminations related to labor relations
Involve in reviewing of all policies and procedures, and make advises relating to HR policies, terms of employment and labor laws
Prepare training and follow up the implementation
Handle regular performance evaluation
Administration functions
Other assigned admin jobs
Qualification
College or University graduate
10 years of relevant working experience, preferably with international companies,5 year in Manufacturing industry.
Overall experience of working in human resources, including policy and procedure development, performance management, management and staff development
Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation
Excellent written and oral communications skills in English
Good command of Microsoft office applications
Ability to manage pressure
