The Project Manager will lead or take part in projects where he/she will:

1. Be responsible for coordinating strategic projects, defining the appropriate methodology and governance and ensure deliveries made on time and within the budget allocated.
2. Implement process improvement projects applying the 6–sigma methodology or Lean (when applicable).
3. lead initiatives which include optimization projects and Target Operating Model design, to deliver quantifiable effectiveness and efficiency benefits.
4. coach key stakeholders on their role as lean managers within the lean management system.
5. Be involved in or coordinate prepare Lean project follow-up documentation depending on the needs and requirements.
6. Control the post roll-out of projects.
7. Coordinate with main stakeholders (regional/local office) to ensure regional consistency when need be.
8. Report to management the progress on the project as well as potential issues/decisions needed.
9. Ensure all documentations (key working documents and exhaustive list of deliverables) related to the project are properly stored.

Requirement

1. graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics with over 5 years line and/or project management experience, preferably in the financial services industry
2. Six Sigma Green Belt certification with several projects experiences or Black Belt certification is a plus
3. Other project certifications (PMP, PRINCE etc.) are also a plus
4. the ability to take responsibility and stay focused on objectives with a can-do-attitude knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: Process Optimization, Continuous Improvement, Robotics Process Automation, Target Operating Model design, Business Process Management (BPM), Agile
5. fluent in English both oral and written
6. an excellent communicator and highly organized
