Requirement

  

• Experience in IT project management more than 3 years
• Business knowledge and IT experience in domestic retail market is must
• Familiar with mall intelligent and chain supermarket related software solutions is a plus
• Development experience on Java or C++ is preferred
• Good communication skill
• Strong ownership and leadership to lead project from forming to success
• Strong learning spirit
• Strong problem solving skills and able to work under pressure

  

  

Main responsibilities

  

• Work with BA and technical lead to prepare technical and commercial proposal.
• Lead bidding process.
• Define and manage project objective, scope, tasks, timeline; and deliver the agreed work within defined timeline.
• Control the delivery scope, manage the customer expectation
• Project cost estimation and control commercial issue follow-up
• Submit the project report regularly.  Any project delay and risk must be escalated timely
• Assist the team member to solve the problem.  Search for appropriate resource if necessary
• Ensure the project is following the defined project management processes and tools
• Provide continuous improvement through identifying best practices in products and processes
• Frequent domestic travelling on demand
