Job Duties:

-       To prepare inspection itinerary upon receipt of the required inspection order list from system;

-       Conduct inline and final inspection according to internal inspection standard and AQL standard;

-       To work with factory to correct quality problem, if required;

-       To help ensure corrective action plans are implemented with our suppliers;

-       To issue inspection report after each inspection and feedback on your Supervisor timely on your findings during inspection.

-       Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

 

Position Requirement:

-       5+ years relevant working experience in consumer hardgoods quality control field;

-       Experience with European & International quality and safety standard of inspected products;

-       Solid knowledge in various material and production process (wood, glass, ceramic, plastic, etc.), engineering background is preferred, expertise in toy and lighting will be preferred;

-       Good capability of defect and negative finding judgement;

-       Good interpersonal skill of working with factory for problem solving under pressure;

-       Good personality with high integrity;

-       Basic command of English for effective report writing;

-       Be willing to travel and station in factory locations for months
