职责

1． 对Windows server 2003 域控，打印机服务器，DNS服务器等熟练维护和管理。

2． 对Exchange 2003邮件系统熟练维护和管理。

3． 对客户端电脑硬件，软件和网络都要熟练，能够快速找到问题并解决。

4． 对打印机，投影仪，视频会议系统，网络交换机，电话交换机系统熟悉，并能够解决发生的问题。

5． 对Catia， UG，微软等软件软件熟悉，并能够及时解决发生的问题。

6． 熟悉杀毒软件，监控整个网络的病毒情况，若发现病毒及时清除。

7． 熟悉门禁系统，能够解决发生的问题。

要求：

全日制本科，计算机专业，

外企3年工作经验，

英语听说读写熟练，能够看懂英文资料，能熟练英语对话。

Job Requirement
IT system maintenance and support
1) Maintain and manage Windows server 2003 server，DNS Server 2) Make sure the mail system well and solve problems if happen
3) Be familiar with the softwares, such as UG, CATIA and microsoft office
4) Make sure the network work well and monitor the network safety and can identify the virus and clean the viruses if happens
5) Check the security of information and system according to IT policy of the company and Group.
6) Continuous improvement or upgrading IT system.
7) Daily IT help desk Troubleshoot hardware of all IT equipment and software problems, make sure all PCs,
laptops, printers, fax, scans, projectors and video tele conference equipment work well.
8) make sure the access control system work well


Requirement：
Four-year Business IT degree preferred while a Two-year IT degree or equivalent business experience maybe acceptable.
Experience supporting and training users preferred.
Experience implementing ERP systems preferred.
Experience in using and supporting Windows technology and Microsoft Office Applications required.
Good command of English, can read the English version softwares and communicate with the expat in English.
