1. 有3-7年服装面料或者纱线行业从业经验，有纺织行业从业经验优先。

2. 了解客户定制需求，执行销售计划，定期提交销售进度报告，可独立完成计划制订到实施；

3. 积极维护好客户关系，与重要客户保持良好的关系；

4. 定期拜访客户，及时了解、收集并反馈市场和客户信息，挖掘客户需求。

5. 形象端庄、诚实、敬业，能吃苦耐劳的有志者；

6. 有良好的沟通能力和语言表达能力，有上进心。

7. 乐于从事销售工作，能承受较大的工作压力。有很强的学习能力，有创造性和主动性，责任心强；

8. 负责销售区域内销售活动的策划和执行，完成销售任务，有能力开发新客户；

9. 有开拓进取精神、较强的客户服务意识和团队合作精神，有信心挑战高薪者

10. 具备极强的团队管理，沟通，协调及执行能力，能独挡一面处理问题，可带领团队。

11. 不定期去工厂监督生产。

12. 英文读写良好，口语良好。
