工作职责:

1. Perform the Production Orders

Tooling and tools to prepare, setting measuring equipments in advance, in the reasonable use and operation within the region.Good record of production orders, completion date and timely reporting processes.

Operations should be in accordance with drawings and process routing, such as found to be inconsistent, and timely report to the foreman.

执行工单

提前准备工装和工具和测量设备工具，在合理区域范围内使用和操作。

做好工单记录，及时汇报当日完成工序。

按照图纸和工艺文件要求作业，如发现不符，及时向工段长报告。

2. Check parts and Assembly

Cleaning of parts with surface treatment work to do, make sure no pollution, no rust, no obvious defects before assembly.

Note the parts in the transfer process protection, not bumps or scratches and so on.

Assembly process with strict record size, to ensure that all components meet the requirements of the drawings.

零件检查和组装

对零件配合表面做好清洁处理工作，确认无污染、无锈蚀、无明显缺陷等再进行组装。

注意零件在转移过程中的防护，不可以碰伤或出现划痕等。

组装过程中严格记录配合尺寸，保证零部件配合尺寸都满足图纸要求。

3. Ensuring quality

Pressure to do product testing to meet customer requirements.

Strict implementation of self-checking system, do the self-inspection records.

In case of parts and product quality, timely communication with the inspectors, to confirm and then operating. According the request by superior, execute rework and repairing.

保证质量

认真做好产品耐压测试，满足客户要求。

严格执行自检系统，做好自检记录。

如遇零件和产品质量问题，及时和现场检验人员沟通，待确认后再进行作业

按上级安排，具体执行返修返工工作

4. 5S & EHS

Observing rules like “5S-site management” and “safety and environment management”

5S和环保安全

遵守现场5S管理条例，执行安全环保管理措施

5. Labor disciplines

Following working instruction, doing job assigned by supervisor and process card (shop traveler).

High school or technical secondary school degree or above

具有高中或中专以上文化程度

Professional Experience 专业工作经验

- more than 2 years experience

两年以上工作经验

- working experience in medium or large manufacturing company, especially in equipment manufacturing industry

有中大型制造型企业，尤其是在设备制造行业的工作经验

Qualification and skills

- Fitter Operation Certificate

- Ability to read and understand drawings

- Familiar with production components in workshop

- Familiar with all kinds of tooling, measuring and cutting tools

资质和技巧

- 有钳工操作证书

- 可以阅读和理解图纸

- 熟悉本车间产品零件

- 熟悉各种工装、量具、刃具
