Requirements

- 5 year management experience in QA and QC

- Strong applied experience in ISO9001, experience in ISO/TS16949 a plus. Experience to complete PPAP, FMEA, process flow, conformity report, etc.

- Good management of documents is a must as well as good command of computers and office suite

- Able to write procedure in Chinese and English and communicate with Canadian HQ by email and in weekly video conferences

- The right candidate should feel responsible for the quality of the

products that leaves our factory

- Experience in rubber and or rubber products a plus

Job description

- QA & QC Manager

- Responsible for building, improving, maintaining and implementing the quality system of the company

- Communicate within the company both locally in Shanghai and with

colleagues in Canada via daily email communication and weekly

videoconference

- Audit key suppliers and perform internal audits

- Manage our client supplier audits and ISO audits

- Manage a small team of inspectors, training of operators

- Both a managerial and hands-on job
