岗位描述：

1. 负责在光学设计的基础上，开展光学载荷机械结构设计、材料选型等；

2. 负责光学载荷各项力学分析，并能根据理论分析和试验结果完成优化设计；

3. 配合光学设计人员完成光学系统装调方法和流程制定，

4. 负责光学系统中的高精度固定和调整工装设计；

5. 负责光学载荷结构部分外协加工、跟产研制工作、测试验收工作。

任职要求：

1. 硕士及以上学历，机械、精密仪器等相关专业，熟练使用一种机械设计软件（PROE、UG等）和有限元分析软件（Nastran、Ansys）；

2. 具有三年以上光机系统结构设计经验；

3. 熟悉各种机械材料及加工设备的精度和加工成本，有钛合金、复合材料、碳纤维使用经验优先；

4. 具备良好的团队协作、配合意识，人际沟通、协调能力强；

5. 有航天领域光学载荷结构设计经验者优先。

The plant is a modern industry facility with existing casting/machining equipment from Germany, Japan, Denmark and the US. Through this acquisition, the company is able to cover the strong customer demand in Asia market. May 2, 2017 Westron Group has signed the financing agreement with HDCapital of Tus-holdings for a financing plan up to 200 mil.
