2.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To align and implement Hi-P Corporate Supplier Quality system,standard and procedure at site level
执行赫比总部供应商质量体系，标准和程序保持一致性
Conduct supplier audit to qualify supplier
执行过程审核及参与供应商系统审核
Ensure MAI is carried out in for all projects and evaluate effectiveness
确保所有项目实施物料承认并检验有效性
Handle holding and defect incoming material timely.Drive suppliers to continual improve in quality and minimize the quality risks,prevent the repeated quality issue
及时处理滞留、不良来料，带领供应商持续改进质量，降低质量风险，防止重复性质量问题
Ensure supplier incoming matericals meet Hi-P's requirement and make sure Tool on time delvery
确保上映上来料满足赫比要求以保证模具按时试模
Coordinate and Monitor all TLSH supporting tooling sites' supplier quality management
协调以及监督TLSH协作分厂的供应商质量管理
3.MINIMUM ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT
College degree of Science/Engineering or equivalent knowledge With 3+years' experience in supplier quality management including 2+years' experience in plastic mold quality management
4.KNOWLEDGE,SKILL AND APTITUDE REQUIREMENT
Tooling knowledge skills
Project management skills
Management skill
Communication skill
Be familiar with injection mold process&quality management
Be familiar with quality tools
Be familiar with the knowledge of ISO9001 standard and 5 tools(PPAP/APQP/SPC/MSA/FMEA)knowledge of six sigma is preferred
Good IT skill-MS office/Minitab
At least 3 years quality engineer's experience in quality management
Good spoken and written English language skills
Initiative,hardwording,good cooperative and team work
Well learning ability to understand customers'request
Self motivated and able to work in a team enviroment
