· Responsibility of procurement of materials and MRO, including imported materials and local materials

？ PO release as per PRs and ensure on time releasing to vendors and get confirmation, open PO management and receiving until goods moved to available warehouse location by PO Management process

· Responsibility of Customer order on time delivery

？ Expedite purchase orders as necessary, identify actual and potential delivery risk and take proactive actions to make delivery on time

？ Work closely with planner to ensure material arability information is shared timely

· Responsibility of Supplier on time delivery performance

？ Monitor supplier’s delivery performance and adjust purchasing strategy accordingly

？ Make segmentation of purchased items and utilize different purchasing method accordingly

· Cost Control

Ensure price and lead time data of item are up-to-date in the ERP system
Cost control including monitor, analyze, and reports material price variances and price opportunities
Oversea transportation freight cost control
Other tasks
Cooperate with warehouse, Quality, SQE, Planning, etc. ensure appropriate action to be taken
Supplier quality issue follow up return, replace or any action to solve quality issue and ensure receive the qualified material

Requirement:

· Bachelor degree/More than 4 years purchasing working experience in manufacturing field

· Problem solving and strong communication skill with different function unit

· Working under tough pressure

· Team Player and process thinking

· Analyzing ability & quantity concept

· Be familiar with ERP and MPR system

· Excellent on MS Office
