. Gather Daily Sales Report from all stores and consolidation

. Check consistency for daily sales report, retail pro and reporting package

. Gather uniform/allowance from stores and submit to finance dept.

. Assist Retail Operations Department to enforce the implementation and maintain the consistency of operations policies and procedures 

 . Assist merchandiser to follow up with supplies or provide info for any needs. 

 . Assist the stores for managing / developing VIP / database and monitor the results of Mystery Shopper Visit 

 . Supports for network expansion, i.e. store renovation and new store opening. 

 . Facilitate marketing / PR activities related to Retail team

. Provide support to D-day and product training . Support VIP system.
