工作职责:

Rolling up monthly PL forecast updates and annual budgeting

interpret business trends/ variance against actual results

generate and present various management reports that provide insightful information on performance trends, variances, risks and opportunities

Develop dashboard and performance indicators and review with business

Provide coaching on knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and planning for the functional business teams

Ad-hoc analysis, including, but not limited to, compensation/ promotion analysis, Revenue per country/ product, profitability analysis

任职资格:

At least 8 year working experience in which 5 years in FP&A, eCommerce company background is preferred

Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, combined with strong business judgment, leadership skills and the ability to communicate with senior management team

Strong financial acumen - ability to understand core financial statements (income statement/ P&L, balance sheet, cash flow); should be comfortable and confident advising senior leadership on financial implications of decisions

Strong relationship building and business partnering skills.

Superior written and verbal communication skills - ability to use visuals (PPT and Excel) effectively

Ability to link financial results and outcomes to operational and commercial trends

Fast learner, strong work ethic, proactive

University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics or related field

English and Mandarin fluency
