Responsibilities / Tasks:

• Report to Head of Process Management (foreigner)
• Independent execution of assigned project tasks
• Responsibility for selected project phases and projects
• Support change process for new ERP and new Kunshan production facility
• Close collaboration with Purchase, Technical, Import/Export and Quality departments to identify problems, improvement potential and solutions
• Execute reports and perform analyses in Excel
• End-user support for in-house process management system and supplier enquiry system
• Create process documentations and training material independently and conduct end user training

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Management or similar
• At least 2 years working experience, especially within the fields production or IT/ERP/process management
• Familiar with the general concept of ERP and process management systems
• Good understanding of processes in the field of technical product management / engineering
• Practical knowledge in project management (Jira/Confluence) advantageous
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint is a must
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP experience
• Self-motivator with positive “can-do” attitude and good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take over responsibility
• Excellent English skill (written and oral) is strongly required in an international environment
