Project Management:
？ Use available Project Management tools to schedule and track project and resources.
？ Drive project outcomes while maintaining Time, Scope, Resources, & Quality.
？ Provide day to day supervision and work direction of project teams.
？ Provide project/status reporting to appropriate Sponsors and internal project governance.
？ Maintain and adhere to SOP and Change Management Standards.
？ Provide input to Management on Associate performance for review purposes (indirect people leadership).
- Financial Management:
？ Develops project cost/financial objectives for inclusion in the business plan. Meet overall budget expectations.
？ Ensure costs charged to the project are appropriate, complete, categorized properly and tracked. (capital vs. expense)
- Risk Management:
？ Do risk assessment of projects and systems for the business and provide contingency plans

- KPIs:
？ Project delivery on time,
？ Quality delivery in full,
？ No Budget be over spent,
？ No accidents of the refurbishment projects

Requirement:

- College degree

- Good communication and negotiation skills to convince and persuade others to follow the course of action

- Strong execution skills

- Project Management skills

- General business knowledge

- Organization skills; detail orientation

- Problem solving skills/abilities

- Ability to make decisions pertaining to projects managed

- Ability to allocate resources dependent on project

- Minimum 4 years of related working experience

- Construction Background

- Ability/autonomy in running projects within best practice project management constraints

- Ability to utilize Best Practice project management procedures available

- Fluency in Chinese and English.
