Responsibilities

• Cooperate with Product Manager to design and continuously optimize product features by producing related prototypes, user flows, wireframes and other design output, as well as necessary documents.
• 配合产品经理设计并持续优化产品功能，制作相关原型、流程图、线框图以及其他设计相关产出与文档。
• Communicate designs to GUI and provide direction and clarification during graphic outputs.
• 与视觉设计师沟通设计方案，并在出图过程中提供方向性指导与细节澄清。
• Communicate designs to Development and provide definition, guidance and clarification during implementation.
• 与开发沟通设计方案，并在实施过程中对方案内容提供精确的定义、指导和细节澄清。
• Communicate designs to Quality Control and provide clarification during testing.
• 与测试沟通设计方案，并在测试过程中提供必要的细节澄清。
• Cooperate with Product Manager to manage and re-organize product documentations.
• 配合产品经理管理相关产品文档。
• Support other project-based design tasks.

Requirement

• Love design.

• Graduate from Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Film-making, Psychology, Consumer Behavior and other equivalent majors.
• 毕业于工业设计，交互设计，电影制造业，心理学，消费者行为学或类似专业。
• 5+ years of experience in UX design for desktop/web/mobile applications/products.
• 5年以上桌面/web/移动端应用或互联网产品的用户交互设计经验。
• Expertise with Axure, Visio, Sketch, X-Mind or equivalents, and proficient with Photoshop.
• 精通Axure，Visio，Sketch，X-Mind或同类型软件，熟练使用Photoshop。
• Strong logical thinking, sensitive to details, and patient.
• 逻辑思维能力强，对细节敏感，有耐心。
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skill is a must.
• 必须具有优秀的口头及书面沟通能力。
• Self-well-organized and strong documentation skills.
• 良好的自我管理与组织能力，以及较强的文档写作与处理能力。
• Self-driven and project deadline oriented.
• 自我驱动型，并有强烈的项目时间管理概念。

                                                                                

Preferable

• Knowledge in data-processing and data structure is a plus.
• 掌握数据处理与数据（库）结构相关知识的优先。
• Experience in content design or script-writing is a plus.
• 有内容策划或编剧经验的优先。
• Excellent presentation skill is a plus.
• 出色的演讲技巧优先。
• Understand or familiar with software agile development process (especially Scrum) is a plus.
• 了解或熟悉软件敏捷开发流程(尤其是Scrum)者优先。
