Main Responsibilities:

• Manage all IT function
• Responsible for ERP full life-cycle of projects from initiation to completion. 
• Documentation and establishment of IT policies, procedures and standards in conjunction with Regional IT and local management to ensure a secure and legal compliance computing system environment.
• Manage all outsourced relationships and contractual service level agreements.
• Coordinate with system vendors and internal clients in areas of internet connection, IT security, software/hardware purchase &its warranty and the deployment of system applications
• Adhere to company policies in the purchase and use of IT equipment, assets and outsourcing services
• Support in providing redundancy and business continuity computing environment for IT systems, operations, communication and data systems
• Budget and track all IT expenses with monthly report
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

 

Job Requirements:

• Working experience in managing IT operations or department
• Experienced in initiating, driving and implementing successful ERP projects or projects with advance IT technology to support the business.
• Hands-on experience in virtualization, designing, building and maintaining network infrastructure with WAN/LAN, VLAN, firewall, VPN and remote access service features
• Hands-on experience in managing the software development life-cycle of software projects.
• Proficient in the administration of Microsoft Windows Network, Microsoft OA365 and MS-SQL database servers.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong project management and priority management skills
• Mature, honest and a sense of integrity
• Result-oriented with capability to drive, and work independently, efficiently and innovatively
• High technology conscious, self-motivating and detail-minded
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Business travel may be occasionally required.
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, engineering or related disciplines
