Key responsibilities:

  

1. Help to set up finance controlling system from scratch.

2. Manage long/short term finance plan & budget.

3. Review & analyise business results monthly/quarterly/yearly, to ensure ROI analysis properly for each expense & investment.

4. Help to avoid possible financial risks

        

Requirments:

· Industry experience in consumer and retail industry closely aligned with China business. Fashion retail or cosmetics preferred.

  

· More than 8 years quality experience in FP&A

  

· ERP System, consolidation and reporting tools (SAP BW, Cognos or similar tools)

  

· Advanced Excel modeling skills – micro or other advanced skills preferred

  

· Strong experience with business partnership at all levels

  

· Strong business acumen and analytical skills

  

· Ability to work cross functionally to drive compliance with laws and effective controls (business & financial)
