Job Description

The HR Generalist-Project Management will be based in Shanghai-Waigaoqiao. Coordinate Asia regional HR projects,  China country DL Hiring project, support on Changsha new plant start up, CS and Zhuhai DL hiring ramp-up, cross-site DL resources balance etc.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Coordinate regional HR projects with internal and external clients.
• China Region DL Hiring project
• Support on special project like site start up, DL hiring ramp-up, cross-site DL resources balance etc.
• Explores the external market and internal best practices and implements appropriate best practices & innovations in the organization
• Other HR project assigned.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• 3+years of professional HR management experience, specialized in talent acquisition, HR business partnership, etc.
• Manufacturing exposure is highly desirable. Bachelor′s degree is mandatory.
• Good project experience, DL hiring experience
• Good communication and influence
