Job purpose:

维护和改进实验室的关键运行流程，如实验室物料管理，实验室废弃物流程管理以及日常PPE的管理，创造一个法规符合性、稳定、高效和高服务满意度的工作场所。维护和改善实验室的安全管理系统来确保实验室运行的安全和合规性。

Core Responsibilities:

1. 个人核心

• 负责与实验室物料运行相关的法律法规符合性
• 5S区域管理，区域包括：甲类化学品仓库、工业废弃物仓库，易制爆仓库，一般固废仓库，生活垃圾存储区，压罐间
• 负责相关的供应商在园区内的活动和法规符合性

2. 预算管理

• 计划、执行、跟踪、分析、控制和改善物料运性相关的预算控制

3. 实验室现场运营管理

• 化学品流程管理
• 废弃物管理
• 实验室耗材和PPE管理
• SAP 代理服务（负责化学品物料，耗材，劳防用品，危废处理费用）
• 环境相关的管理支持

4. 实验室安全管理

• 实验室日常操作危害的识别和分析
• 实验室操作程序和安全实践管理
• 其他实验室安全相关要素的实施

5. 其他直线主管指定的工作

Key Job Requirements:

• 大学及以上学历
• 至少3年以上化学工业或安全管理经验
• 有英语基础者优先
• 主修化学和化学工程者优先
• 熟悉通用的办公软件
• 有SAP经验的优先
• 需要有责任心、积极主动和高效的工作态度
