1. Be familiar with SQL and SQL Server – Must

2. Be good at least at one of areas - ETL or Analytics or BI, prefer SSIS (ETL), SSAS (Analytics), Power BI (BI) – Must

3. Good English reading and writing skills – Must

4. Logic thinking, clear expression - Must

5. Be familiar with Data warehouse, understanding DW mechanism – Preferred

6. Data migration experience – DB to DW/on-premises to on-premises/on-premises to cloud – Preferred

7. Good understanding on big data features – Preferred

8. Good understanding on data lambda architecture – Preferred

9. Good understanding on Hadoop, Kafka, Storm, Hive and Pig – Nice to have

10. Good understanding on NoSQL and have practice on 1 of them (i.e. HBase, MongDB, Azure DocumentDB) – Nice to have

11. Azure Data Platform experience (Cortana Architecture, Azure IOT/EventHub, Stream Analytics, Data Lake, Data Lake Analytics, HDInsight) – Nice to have

12. Good oral English skill – Nice to have
