MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lab work: Carry out lab work to solve customers' problems. Carry out work related to implementation of products at customers

2. Documentation: Keep personal record (lab journal/book) of all lab work as reference (Chinese ok). Input all lab projects in lab request database including test reports in English.

3.Supply/Equipment: Prepare necessary equipment, work supply and raw materials for lab work. Ensure working condition of equipment and initiate maintenance if necessary. Keep record of all lab materials.

4. Promotion of sales (team):Prepare promotion material for sales force. Support preparation and execution of technical training of sales force and customers.

5.Presentation/Communication: Present results of lab work regularly to group. Communicate frequently with team members, Lab Manager, TBDA and TBDM.

6.Product development: support key application evolution project.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education: Bachelar or above. Chemistry , polymer engineering & Sci.,preferred

2. Work Experience: 1 year+ work experience, Familiar with plastic , rubber or fiber processing, Experienced in lab testing

3. Technical and Professional Knowledge: Skillful English speaking/writing. Self motivated. quick learner
