岗位职责

1、负责门店的经营管理工作，执行各项规章制度；

2、负责厨房的日常工作，保证高质量的工作水准；

3、负责对菜品不断推陈出新，做到定期更换菜单以让客户满意；

4、参与制定厨房的工作计划、经营预算和经营成本分析，实施有效的成本控制和财务监控；

5、负责与前厅的协调工作及与其他相关部门的沟通协作，协调好前厅服务和厨房供应的关系，提高工作效率；

6、督导下属对所辖范围内的设施设备进行维护保养管理；

7、完成各类营业报表，做好工作任务上传下达，完成上级交办的其它工作。

任职要求

1、28-40周岁以下，5年以上餐饮烹饪管理经验，大专及以上学历，专业不限；

2、具备丰富的餐饮管理与实施经验，熟悉厨房整体运行过程。
