主要职责:

• 及时准确完成报验样品的制板工作。
• 协助化学师进行喷涂程序的验证，设定，调整。
• 喷涂设备故障的简单处理和维护。
• 责任区域5S管理。

岗位要求：

• 接受艾仕得企业价值观。
• 接受并遵守艾仕得上海研发中心安全规定及实验室管理规定。
• 培训期内（一般为1个月）可以掌握喷涂设备的操作和按照工艺指导制板。
• 试用期满可达到平均喷涂业绩指标（14枪/8h）。
• 积极配合化学师的制板要求，主动沟通问题。
• 持续改进和提高施工应用技能和工作效率。
• 大专及以上学历。
• 相关工作经验优先（涂装，涂膜设备操作）。
• 接受倒班工作安排。
• 接受适当的加班安排。
