1. 销售合同制作，跟踪、管理及归档；与客户对账，结算开票，并催促收款；
2. 制作招标文件；
3. 熟练操作OFFICE，完成各类销售月度、季度、年度统计报表和汇总报告；
4. 配合销售工作，督促销售完成每月销售指标，协助销售任务落实；
5. 完成经理交办的其他工作，及办事处日常行政事务处理；
6. 具备较强的工作责任心，工作积极性，工作认真仔细；
7. 性格开朗、沟通能力强，具有团队协作精神；
8. 大专以上学历，英语良好，应届生亦可。
