1. College degree or above专科及以上学历
2. Working experience 5+ years of experience with customs administration and/or supply chain-related activities具有8年以上进出口或者供应链相关工作经历
3. Strong knowledge of China customs regulations, including but not limited to, free trade programs, customs compliance auditing, customs classifications, etc. Knowledge of tariff classifications as well as country of origin issues.熟悉海关规定，包括免税，核价，海关等级以及税则号的预归类和原产地问题解决
4. Familiar with SAP Imp & Exp module 熟悉SAP 进出口模块
5. Computer Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel 精通电脑办公软件 尤其是excel
6. English Fluent (oral and written) 流利的口语和书面英语
7. Good communication and coordination skills良好的沟通、协调能力
8. Patient and careful细致耐心
9. Strong sense of responsibility责任心强
10. Honest & reliable诚实、可信赖

1. Be responsible for goods import & export by ship, air and express 负责所有通过海运,空运和快递的进出口货物
2. Assist brokers/agents to obtain necessary docs for customs clearance 协助报关行获取清关所必须的资料
3. Custom handling and compile HS code. 处理报关事务和海关编码的选择
4. 3PL suppliers KPI performance management 管理第三方供应商的关键业绩表现
5. Assist warehouse dept. with related logistic costs input 协助仓库输入有关的物流成本
6. Other works assigned by the company公司分派的其他工作
