岗位描述:

1.负责夜间所有经营区域客户的咨询、查询解答；

2.负责产品介绍、演示及客户使用问题等服务；

3.负责客户电话回访、跟进及处理客户投诉等问题；

4.其他上级主管交予的工作任务。

任职要求：

1.大专及以上学历

2.全职岗位，适应常夜班工作班次时间：22：30-07：30，做五休二；

3.承压能力强，能适应旺季加班；

4.善于沟通，能与内、外部人员保持良好沟通；

5.有客服经验者优先；
