OBJECTIVES:
To efficiently manage the order fulfillment processes and handle customers' inquiries/complaints

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To cooperate closely with sales team to achieve sales target
2. To prepare all documentation and statistics related to Sales Department, and maintain proper filing system
3. To maintain SAP & MRP in BAPS as management tool and ensure correct data input
4. To provide best possible service to customers and promote the establishment of long term customer relationship to ensure a sound profitable future customers base
5. To support sales manager and sales team maintain customer files and ensure data update on time
6. To support sales manager and sales team build up market information data bases, and summit routine market reports
7. To cooperate closely with other departments of the company to ensure efficient operations and on time delivery of quality products
8. To ensure that all operations (also at customer premises) are carried out in accordance with internal quality systems, BASF and local government SHE regulations. Report any areas of concern immediately to your department manager and the RQS manager
9. To direct handle Tie 3 customers.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree, major in business, chemical or mechanical
2. 5 years' related working experience, familiar with international trading. Working with chemical business background is preferred
3. Good command of SAP system. Good computer operation skill including good knowledge of Micro software is MUST.
4. Good command of English, in speaking and in written.
5. Competencies required: Striving for Achievement, Customer Focus, Communication and Interprersonal Understanding, Teamworking, Startegic Thinking, Working Management, etc.
