职位描述
To Lead the EC Marketing and Business Operation by analyze market situation, develop EC Brand strategy and activities which help to achieve EC business objectives within the scope of company compliance and marketing P&I budget.
1. Develop brand strategy for EC brands which are aligned with brand positioning
- Strong understanding and insight of consumers and EC platform to develop brand strategies including Local EC and Cross Border EC for category and brands.
- Develop annual marketing activities (ATL and BTL) for the assigned EC brands
- Optimize business ROI by accurate planning and execution in quarterly and monthly level and with efficient communication between Brand marketing and EC Sales
2. Responsible for overall data analysis on ecommerce platform, including but not limited to site optimization analysis, user behavior analysis, customer growth analysis and customer retention analysis
- Implement tracking tools (site tracking and mini program tracking) and closely monitor the performance on a daily basis to identify the opportunity for business optimization
- Explore and analyze E-Com customer database for mapping and further predicting customer behavior and preference for determining tailor-made approach plan for different segments
3. Manage and optimize sales tracking data and insure the quality
- Insure accurate forecasting based on in-market trends, sell-out performance, and marketing activities
- Coordinate inputs from Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product Supply, etc
4. Cross Team communication and Enhance People Development
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain good relationship and collaboration.
- Coach and feedback team members to enhance people development and create a learning team.
任职要求:
- Strong Customer Insight including understands customer needs, behaviors, motivational drivers, etc.
- Strategic capabilities to build digital activities as well as tactical e-commerce and data analyzing capabilities
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms with technical understanding of e-commerce operations (supply chain, customer service, media mix, CRM)
- Strong ability to lead a Team
- Fluent English to influence stakeholder and good communication and negotiation skill
