工作职责:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

l Develop and implement effective strategies for employee safety and environmental protection for HOMAG China consistent with HOMAG group policies and standard practices.

l Develop and implement programs to ensure compliance with government regulations and reduce the potential for injury/illness to employees.

l Provide advice and counsel to HOMAG China MD and management, and interact extensively with management, line and functional staff, factory employees and service technicians on EHS issues.

l Provide coaching, guidance and technical support to EHS professionals within HOMAG China EHS network.

l Establish strategies and programs to proactively identify EH&S hazards and risks and develop plans to eliminate or control

l Update and issue policies, procedures and employee communications on EH&S

l Update and deploy standard safe work practices for operations

l Provide leadership and oversight for EH&S integration activities for all new acquisitions in HOMAG China

l Conduct periodical EH&S audits; audit compliance to HOMAG group policies and procedures and regulatory requirements; evaluate effectiveness of EH&S programs

l Collect EHS data and report metrics for the business.

l Track EHS related Assurance Review or Program Evaluation audit, corrective and preventive action plans to ensure timely completion

l Responsible of daily management including selection of the facilities and tool application of purchasing, repairs and maintenances

l To make, execute and manage the contracts of site renting and using the water, electricity and gas

l To sign the safety agreement for the small contracting projects, and manage the checking and acceptance on the project sites

l To provide safety trainings to new staffs, make safe operation processes for each post and check the execution

l Responsible of purchasing, giving out and management of the occupational safety items, and the management of the fire control, flood prevention and typhoon prevention of the company

l 促进并贯彻豪德集团及豪德中国关于环境保护及员工安全的战略、方针及标准方法。

l 制定贯彻相关的程序确保公司遵守政府法规，减少对员工潜在的伤害/疾病风险。

l 向豪德董事总经理提出EH&S管理建议，并与各部门管理人员、技术人员、车间员工、维修人员配合处理EHS事务。

l 向豪德内部人员提供EHS培训、指导和技术支持。

l 建立相应战略和程序并前瞻性识别EH&S风险，制定行动计划消除、控制相应风险。

l 更新颁布EH&S规章制度、流程，并使之有效传达给员工

l 为豪德运营部门制定最新的标准安全作业技术规程并落实。

l 领导、监督EH&S层面出现的所有活动

l 定期开展实施EH&S审核，确保遵守豪德相关EHS的方针、流程和要求；评估EHS程序的有效性。

l 收集分析EHS数据，并汇报公司EHS业务指标。

l 跟踪处理EHS 审核结果，确保预防及改善措施计划及时完成

l 负责设备、工具的选型、采购申请及维修维护等日常管理工作

l 负责工厂用水、用电和用气及场地租赁合同管理

l 签署小型项目的安全许可，并负责现场的检查审核以确保符合EHS要求

l 提供新员工的安全培训，制定各岗位的安全操作流程，检查并确保相应流程得到执行

l 负责采购、分发劳动防护用品，员工职业病安全管理。负责工厂防火、防洪及台风预防管理工作

人员要求：

Qualification and Experience:

l 4 year university degree in occupational / industrial safety, environmental sciences or equivalent

l More than 5 years EHS experience with proven track record in improving safety performance in a multinational company.

l This position requires a high level of initiative and judgment and ability to make decisions relative to program implementation

l Successful applicants will possess excellent analytical and interpersonal skills

l Knowledge of EHS management systems and local EHS regulations required

l Good team work spirit and great communication skills are a must

l Strong self-management and self-motivation skills are required

l Fluency in English required

l 大学本科学历及以上，工业&健康安全/环境科学、工程或相关专业

l 5年以上可证实的跨国公司EHS方面杰出的工作经验

l 本职位需要高度的工作主动性，判断和决策能力来确保相应工作得到落实
